We're into fall and full swing of school, new events and a regular routine. Hopefully that routine includes regular exercise, healthy eating and meeting with friends. We can provide two out of three at the potluck this month on Oct 6th at 6:00
It looks like summer may be ending soon. I hope you have been enjoying all the fresh produce from your own garden or from one of the many farmers markets. Hi All,
I am enjoying these cool nights and warm days. I pray it stays this way all summer. Not turning on the the air conditioner is a great thing. Not much going on in July but we are ramping up slowing in August and will hit the ground running in September with two terrific speakers in the same week.
