Ingredients:
1 heirloom tomato, chopped
1 tomatillo, chopped
½ medium onion
1 corn cob, cut off cob raw
1 red pepper, chopped
½ c cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
3 T red wine vinegar, raw
1 avocado, chopped
Directions:
mix all ingredients together expect avocado
stir in avocado before serving
