Cream based soup

Ingredients:
1 c almonds, soaked 3-12 hours
2 lg cl garlic
2 1/2 c broccoli, chopped up
1 1/2 celery, chopped up
2 TBSP olive oil
1+ TBSP honey
1+ tsp Celtic sea salt
1/2 lg onion chopped up
1/2+ tsp black pepper
2+ c pure water
Directions:
blend the almonds and garlic with 1 cup of water
add everything else and blend again
garnish with red bell pepper and broccoli flowerets
