Slaw with pears, green onions, and dried fruit

Ingredients:
4 c red cabbage, thinly sliced
2 pears or apples
3 green onions sliced
1 carrot, grated
1/2 c raisins or currants or cranberries
3 TBSP olive oil
4 TBSP apple juice or 2 TBSP agave
1 TBSP raw vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
toss all ingredients together
marinate 2 hours at room temp stirring often or overnight in fridge stirring
