Ingredients:
4 c corn (organic non-gmo)
¼ c olive oil
½ c water
½ tsp salt
½ c ground flax seed
2 chili peppers
1 TBSP honey
1 bunch of cilantro
Directions:
combine all in food processor or VitaMix blender
blend until smooth
spread on teflex sheet of dehydrator
score in the shape you want
dry 4-6 hours on first side
turn onto the screen
dry until crisp
break apart at the score marks
