Tropical ball style dessert with coconut and pineapple

Ingredients: 

1 3/4 c almonds   
1/2 vanilla bean pod   
1/2 tsp sea salt   
1 c dried pineapple, diced   
1 c dates, diced   
1/3 c dried coconut

Directions: 

In food processor place almonds, vanilla and salt    
Grind to fine powder   
transfer to a bowl   
add the fruit   
form into balls    
roll in more coconut
