Delicious dessert that even non raw food people will love
Fruit
3-4 c cored, peeled and thinly sliced apples
1/2 med pineapple, diced
2 c strawberries, diced
extra handful or strawberries
stevia to taste if desired
Crumble
1 c walnuts
1/2 c pitted, packed dates
1/2 c shredded coconut
1/3 c ground oat groats
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Fruit
bland the handful of strawberries and pineapple and stevia until smooth
toss all ingredients together
spread into bottom of 9X9 pan
Crumble
in a food processor, grind all the ingredients into a crumbly, yet moist mixture
if you want the mixture to press together a bit better, add 1-2 tsp water
evenly spread the crumble over the fruit
serve immediately or chill for a few hours or dehydrate for a few hours until warm
