Very good banana cream pie

Ingredients: 

Whipped cream - from Juliano's RAW the UnCook Book
1 1/2 cup of raw cashews, walnuts or nut of your choice - soak 2 hours
2 tablespoons dates
1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
a few drops of almond extract (optional)
CRUST:
1 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Medjool dates
FILLING:
4 sliced bananas
1/2 c fresh lemon juice

Directions: 

Whipped cream
Drain nuts and blend everything in a blender using a rubber scraper to turn
the cream over. Check for sweetness and consistency, add more water if
too stiff, blend until fluffy and smooth. Use immediately
Crust
process nuts in a food processor until crumbly then add dates, press in a pie plate
Filling
coat the bananas with lemon juice, then drained
Mix the bananas and whipped cream together.
Pour onto the crust.
Decorate with banana slices and sprinkle with dried mint or fresh mint leaves
