Ingredients: 

6 T fine grained sea salt or 9 T course grain sea salt
8 c filtered water

Directions: 

combine salt and water in a jar and stir until salt is dissolved
you can sale this brine recipe up or down as needed
store leftover brine in airtight glass jar at room temperature, keeps indefinitely
