Pesto with a creamy touch
Ingredients:
1 c cashews
3/4 c pure water
5 TBSP basil walnut pesto, divided
Directions:
soak cashews for 3 hours to soften
in high speed blender blend cashews and water until smooth
add 2 TBSP of the Basil Walnut Pesto and blend well
remove to bowl and stir in the remaining 3 TBSP of the basil-walnut pesto
makes one cup of sauce
