Really filling breakfast, sticks with you for a long time
1 c millet
2 c buckwheat
1 c coarsely chopped hazel nuts, or your favorite nut
1 c raisins
3 TBSP honey
1 tsp cinnamon
using a rolling pin, flatten the millet and the buckwheat (or pulse chop in food processor
Transfer into a bowl and add the nuts.
add everything else and mix.
Spread on dehydrator sheets, avoid getting it too thick.
Dehydrate until completely dry at 105 degrees, aprox 10-12 hours.
Serve with nut milks and optional fresh fruit
