Ingredients:
1 cabbage, chopped
1 c shredded carrot
1/4 c cucumber, diced
1 TBSP fresh mint leaves, torn
1 TBSP fresh basil leaves, torn
1 TBSP fresh cilantro leaves
1 TBSP nutritional yeast flakes
Apple Cider Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
pinch of black pepper
