Fantastic chocolate cake

Ingredients: 

Cake  
2 c walnuts   
2 c raisins   
1/2 c carob or raw cacao

Frosting   
2 c cashews soaked   
4 dates pitted and soaked   
1-2 c water 
 

Directions: 

Cake   
combine walnuts and raisins in food processor until smooth   
add cacao and mix well   
form into desired shape on a plate

Frosting  
place 1/2 the water in blender and slowly add the cashews   
add water as needed until all the cashews are gone   
keep this thick by adding a few cashews at a time and only enough water   
so the nuts will blend.     
add dates and blend until smooth   
spread on top of cake
can make the frosting chocolate as well by adding 1/4 c of carob or raw cacao
make it really fancy by pre-cutting the cake into squares and garnishing each square with a raspberry
