Flat out fantastic pudding

Ingredients:
3/4 c maple syrup
1/2 c carob or cocoa powder
2 to 3 medium avocados
Directions:
place maple syrup in blender and start it running on low
add carob to middle of blender so it doesn't stick to the sides
move to high speed and add avocados, will need to continue pressing
down until well mixed and blended
best if served chilled but can serve right away
