Curried Cabbage and Arame

A fantastic salad that you can take to any potluck and people will rave over it.

Ingredients: 

1/2 package arame (about 1 cup dry)   
1/2 small head green cabbage   
1/4 c onion, diced   
2 TBSP olive oil   
1 TBSP Bragg liquid aminoes   
1 tsp curry   
1 TBSP agave   
2 TBSP balsamic vinegar 

Directions: 

soak arame in water until soft, and then rinse and drain   
combine all ingredients and toss
