Fresh Pineapple Peach Pie

Tart and tasty pie

Ingredients: 

CRUST  
1 c walnuts  
1 c figs 
1/2 c flax

FILLING:  
4-6 peaches depending on how large, peeled and sliced   
1 c diced fresh pineapple   
1 tsp vanilla  
1/2 c sunflower seeds 
1/4 tsp nutmeg  
1/2 tsp cinnamon 
1/8 tsp all spice  
1/8 tsp ginger 
1/4 c pineapple juice  
1 TBSP maple syrup

Directions: 

CRUST

blend in food processor until ball forms, press into a pie plate

FILLING

place the fruit in a bowl   
blend the other ingredients and mix with the fruit   
pour in pie plate   
top with coconut flakes
