Jicama Cole Slaw

Refreshing and crunchy

Ingredients: 

1 jicama peeled and shredded   
2 carrots, shredded   
1/4 sml head greed cabbage, thinly sliced   
 
3 TBSP lemon juice   
1/2 tsp sea salt   
1/8 to 1/4 c olive oil   
1/4 c fresh chopped parsley

Directions: 

Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl   
toss with the dressing ingredients

sprinkle with the parsley
