Crunchy salad with a mild flavor

Ingredients: 

1 med jicama, grated   
4 stalks celery, minced   
3 carrots processed with S blade or really finely grated   
1 leaf of leek   
6 TBSP parsley, diced   
6 TBSP raw apple cider vinegar   
1 tsp Herbamare   
3 TBSP sesame oil   
1 tsp agave

Directions: 

mix all   
marinade 1 hour before serving
