Fruity cole slaw with apples, cabbage and a lime base dressing

Ingredients:
1 head cabbage, chopped to cole slaw
2 apples, chopped
1 slice pineapple, diced
DRESSING
1 c cashews
1/3 c lime juice
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ginger
2/3 c agave
1 stalk celery
Directions:
blend dressing ingredients until smooth
pour over the salad
toss well
chill before serving
