Marinara Sauce II

Real thick spaghetti sauce

Ingredients: 

2 Roma tomatoes, seeded, chopped and drained   
3 TBSP sun-dried tomato powder or 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes soaked 1 hour   
1 TBSP finely minced onion   
1 TBSP minced fresh basil   
2 TBSP minced fresh oregano   
1 cl garlic crushed   
1/4 tsp salt or 1 TBSP capers   
pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Directions: 

seed and chop the tomatoes and allow to drain in a colander (catch the juice to drink or use in another recipe)   
place tomatoes in a food processor and pulse chop to slightly chunky   
add everything else and pulse to just combine   
let sauce sit for 10 minutes to allow to thicken.  If still too thin drain off a bit of liquid   
store in a tightly sealed container in refrigerator, will keep for 3 days
