If you use young tender asparagus this is very good

Ingredients:
4 c fresh asparagus, in bite sized pieces
1 or 2 colored peppers, diced
1 sm bunch green onions and greens, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped fine
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c agave
1/2 c olive oil
1 cl garlic, minced
1/4 tsp paprika
Directions:
combine all ingredients
marinate 4-5 hours minimum
serve
