Freshing summer drink
2 C watermelon, cantaloup or honey dew
2 C ice
1 T maple syrup or palm sugar
pinch of healthy salt (sea, pink, Himalayan)
10 mint leaves, mottled
Place all ingredients except for the mint into a blender.
Blend to a slushy
Roll the mint on a cutting board to bruise it.
Transfer drink to a pitcher and stir in mint.
