Mexican Spice salad

Spicy south of the border garden mix

Ingredients: 

6 fresh ears of corn, cut off cob   
2 lg tomatoes chopped   
1 red bell pepper, chopped   
4 green onions, chopped   
1 small leek, thinly sliced   
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped   
2 garlic scapes, chopped   
fresh cilantro, chopped   
   
1 lemon juiced   
2 TBSP olive oil   
3 tsp Frontier Mexican spice   
1 tsp cumin   
celtic sea salt to taste and ground pepper to taste

Directions: 

toss the salad ingredients, mix the dressing ingredients and then toss    
together and serve,  can also add avocado
