This really tastes like turkey and makes a huge batch
2 cl garlic
2 TBSP fresh sage
2 TBSP rosemary
2 TBSP fresh thyme
2 c walnuts, soaked 12 hrs, drained
2 c almonds, soaked 12 hrs, drained
1 TBSP organic unpstrzd white miso
1 lg onion, chopped very fine
6 stalks celery chopped fine
1 c parsley & 1 c cranberry for garnish
place garlic in a food processor and process well
add sage, rosemary, and thyme, processing well
add walnuts, almonds, and miso, one at a time and process well
remove to a bowl and stir in onion and celery
place on a sheet of teflex and form into an oval loaf shape
dehydrate at 105 degrees for 6 hours
Turn loaf over, removing the teflex and dehydrate 4 to 6 hours more
garnish with parsley and cranberries
This makes a really huge batch.
