Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate or carob cookies, or cookie dough if you can't wait

Ingredients: 

1/4 c raisins, soaked 15 min  
6 dates, soaked 15 min 
1 TBSP cocoa powder or carob  
1 tsp coconut butter or olive oil 
1/2 c each cashews & almonds each soaked 15 minutes   
1/2 c raw oats  
1 1/2 c dried coconut flakes 
3 1/2 TBSP honey or agave  
2 TBSP raw almond butter 
1/2 tsp salt  
1/2 tsp vanilla, optional 
1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions: 

Process nuts, oats, coconut, cocoa, cinnamon & salt in food processor   
until crumbly.   
Add honey, butter/oil, almond butter, vanilla and blend   
add raisins and dates to the mix, blend until mixed well and it looks like   
cookie dough.  Form into small balls & flatten slightly  either dehydrate for   
a couple of hours or just place in fridge for 2 hours and then gobble them up   
you can also freeze them.  All of the ways are great….even   
straight from the food processor  LOL!!!
