The cucumbers add a new twist to the pesto

Ingredients

Basil   
olive oil   
garlic   
tomato   
pine nuts   
salt   
sliced cucumber

Directions

blend all the pesto ingredients in a food processor to a grainy texture   
toss with the sliced cucumbers
