Protein Bars

Delicious snack or meal sub

Ingredients: 

4 TBSP cocoa powder
4 TBSP protein powder
4 TBSP carob powder
2 TBSP sesame seeds
1/4 c flax seeds, ground
1/4 c chia seeds, ground
1/2 c almonds, chopped
1/2 c oatmeal
1/2 c coconut flakes
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c raisins

1/4 c cocnut oil
1/2 c honey
1/2 c peanut butter

Directions: 

put flax and chia in VitaMix and grind fine
add almonds and pulse chop until coarse
pour into bowl
add rest of dry ingredients

in small pan on low temp, melt coconut oil
add honey and stir until very liquid
then add peanut butter and mix all until well combined

pour over the dry mix and and stir very well until all dry is combined with wet
put in 8x11 or larger pan depending on how thin you want them to be

put in fridge until solid and cut into pieces
