Raw Vegan Cannoli Cream

YUM!! these are worth every bit of work to make them

Ingredients: 

2 c cashews soaked
½ c agave syrup
1 T lemon
2 T coconut oil
2 pinches sea salt

Directions: 

put all ingredients into high speed blender an add enough water to make it the consistency of ricotta cheese

put into plastic bag, cut one corner to fill cannoli shells
