Ingredients: 

1 c raw cashews (or almonds or sunflower seeds)
½ lg red pepper
½+ c water
2 TBSP lemon juice
2 TBSP nutritional yeast
1 TBSP tahini
1-1/2 tsp (or less) sea salt
1 garlic clove
2 tsp onion powder (or sm sliced onion or 1 T gr onion)

Directions:
