Shamrock Shake

Tastes just like the creation with the same name

Ingredients: 

1 Frozen banana
1/2 c coconut milk (can use water but this add just a little something)
almond milk to blend
3-4 drops Young Living peppermint oil (if you use another brand be sure it does not say "do not ingest" on the bottle
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 avocado
2 medjool dates

Directions: 

put all in VitaMix and blend until creamy but not too long so it gets warm
can add a bit of ice cubes if you want it colder

coconut milk can be made by blending the meat and water from a young Thai coconut
