Superfood Pudding

Creamy and yummy, so versitile you can make it several different ways


1/4 c chia seeds
1 1/2 c non-dairy beverage (almond, coconut, rice)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional: some kind of sweetener to taste
other flavorings /spices... cocoa, cinnamon etc.


Mix all ingredients
let sit in fridge for at least an hour to thicken
stir and enjoy
