General description for making sushi

Ingredients: 

Nut pate
veggies for stuffing IE:
cucumber strips
bell pepper
marinated mushrooms
onion

Directions: 

make your favorite nut pate, or veggie burger
spread on a shushi nori sheet, leaving 3/4 of inch blank at the end
add your favorite veggies cut into julienne strips. Layer it with the points
toward the outside of the sheet so when you roll it they won't poke through

roll from the full end to the blank end. At the end dampen the sheet so it
sticks to itself. Eat like a burrito or slice into 1 inch slices.
