An unusual dish with a great flavor

pate, tomatoes, sunflower seeds
Ingredients: 

4 c sunflower seeds
1 large white onion
1 bunch Italian parsley
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1 tsp salt

Sliced tomatoes for layering

Directions: 

Blend all in a food processor until creamy and pate like
make a layer of pate on a plate.
For the next layer, use sliced tomatoes.
Last but not least, spread another layer of pate on top of the tomatoes.
