Ingredients:
2 c organic frozen corn
2 c organic frozen peas
¼ c onion
2 stalks celery
½ red pepper
½ yellow pepper
sauce:
1/3 c oil
2/3 c cider vinegar
¼ c honey
¼ c pine nuts
¼ c cashew
¼ t salt
Directions:
mix vegetables together
toss with sauce
sprinkle with curry, salt and cayenne to taste (optional)
