sort of a cheezy flavor, nice for snacking
Ingredients:
5 zucchini, sliced very thin
1/3 c olive oil
1/3 c apple cider vinegar
1/3 c miso
1/3 c nutritional yeast
blend these 4
pour over the zucchini slices
mix until well covered
dehydrate at 105 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 days
Keep in air tight container
