Ingredients:

1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/2 c hemp seeds or almonds or sunflower seeds, coarsely ground
2 TBSP olive oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP agave or honey (optional)
1 tsp sea salt
dash cayenne to taste
