Ingredients:
2 watermelon slices, plate size
Frosting
2 bananas
1/2 lb strawberries
1 C coconut oil
1 TBSP orange juice
Directions:
Cake
To make the slices uniformly round use a smaller plate than the serving plate to cut them out
(not sure how to make them uniformly thick)
Frosting
Blend in blender until smooth
chill a bit before frosting
Garnish as you choose
