Simple recipe for fermented foods

Ingredients: 

chop 1/2 cabbage in food processor
1/2 in champion with blank

Directions: 

put in a crock, like a crock pot with out pluggin it in
put some leaves on top and then a heavy weight, a rock or a jar filled with
water.
let sit in a dark spot for 3-7 days.
It takes longer the cooler the spot is
