Sweet slightly spicy dessert balls

walnuts, dates, ginger
Ingredients: 

1 lb (16 oz) walnuts, chopped
1 1/2 c dates
1 c coconut
juice from 1 orange
1/2 c fresh ginger
1 T cherry juice

Directions: 

combine all ingredients in food processor.
Form into balls and roll in carob powder
