Mexican flavors in a salsa like salad

corn, cilantro, zucchini
Ingredients: 

6 corncobs (cut corn off the cobs)
3 med. zucchini chopped
1 small or 1/2 large red onion
1 large tomato
1 small handful cilantro chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon Cheyenne pepper
Dash of Bragg's amino acid

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes then serve.
