Standard type hummus made with garbanzo beans

Ingredients:
2 C chick peas soaked overnight and sprouted 1-2 days
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c water ( add as needed for consistancy)
small onion chopped
1/4 tsp celtic salt
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp fennel (ground)
Directions:
put through champion juicer with blank or blend in food processor
keeps 3-4 days
