Very colorful salad for a potluck

bell peppers, tumeric
Ingredients:
4 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
1 stalk celery
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp tumeric
Directions:
remove stems and seeds and slice peppers thinly.
Chop celery.
Blend remaining ingredients and add to peppers.
Let sit for 1 hour before serving
