carrots, almonds, pate, tuna
Ingredients:
2 C Almonds soaked overnight
2 med carrots
1C Celery finely chopped
1/2 C green onions finely chopped
1/4 C water
3 t lemon juice
Dulse flakes rinsed or dulse granules
braggs to taste
Directions:
Put through champion with the blank blend in food processor, almonds and carrots.
add balance of ingredients.
serve on bed of lettuce with parsley for garnish
serve with vegetables for dipping or as a topping for salad
