Really great basic cracker recipe you can adapt with whatever seasonings you like

flax
Ingredients: 

2 c golden flax seeds (whole or meal)
2 c regular flax seeds (whole or meal)
2 c celery blended smooth
2 c onion blended smooth for moisture as well as flavor
spices or seasoning to taste
add water if needed

Directions: 

Combine all together
spread thin on dehydrator sheet
Process at 85 to 110 degrees but not over 118
dehydrate to pliability and flexibility desired 12-36 hours
