veggie burger, sunflower seeds
Ingredients:
2 c sunflower seeds, soaked 6-8 hours
2 carrots grated
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 yellow squash, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
1/4 c raw tahini
2 TBLS flax oil
2 TBLS lemon juice
1 TBLS Braggs Aminos
dash of cayenne
Directions:
Process sunflower seed through Champion Juicer using solid plate or S
blade in a food processor,
Add remaining ingredients.
Form into patties or balls.
Can dehydrate for a short while if you want a little more solid
