As titled really, really spicy carrot dish

Ingredients: 

1 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp tamari
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 TBSP minced ginger root
1/2 tsp dried red chili pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 TBSP water if needed
3 C grated carrots

Directions: 

Whisk everything except the carrots, adding the water if needed for consistency
pour over the carrots
