Veggie stir fry. the Veggies are softened by the dehydrator
asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, stir fry
Ingredients:
2 C asparagus, chopped
4 C Broccoli, chopped
1 c cauliflower, chopped
1/2 c pistachios (not soaked)
1 c pine nuts (not soaked)
1/2 c lemon juice
3 tsp sea salt
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 c water
Directions:
Place everything from the Pistachios on down into a blender or VitaMix
Blend until smooth
mix sauce and vegetables, and put in dehydrator for 2 hours at 145
