Light cole slaw with apples and celery

Ingredients:
1/2 head cabbage, grated
3 apples, grated
3 stalks celery, chopped fine
Dressing:
3 dates
4 TBSP water
Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
Mix cabbage, apples and celery
Dressing
blend until smooth, pour over salad, toss and serve
