Broccoli, Carrot & Almond

Vinegar and oil broccoli salad.

Ingredients: 

2/3 head broccoli, florets and grate the stems after peeling   
1 large carrot, washed not peeled, grated   
large hand full of raisins   
1/2 c soaked almonds, soaked 2 days    
Dressing:   
2 tsp grapeseed oil   
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar   
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt

Directions: 

combine salad ingredients   
put dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk    
pour over salad and toss
