Great snack to take in the car or to the movies.

Ingredients:
9 c walnuts unsoaked
2 c nama shoyu or 3 TBSP sea salt & water to cover the walnuts an inch
3 TBSP Hungarian paprika
3 TBSP raw honey
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
put the walnuts, nama shoyu, paprika, honey and cayenne in a gal jar
let soak for 24 hours, occasionally tumble the jar to coat all evenly
put the walnuts on teflex sheets and dehydrate until crisp
